12-Week Training & Nutrition Program

This program entails 4 resistance training days specifically targeting and challenging your bodies largest muscle groups, creating the largest effect on both your muscle and metabolism. The training is slowly ramped up over the 12 weeks, as we continue to push the boundaries by inserting different techniques to modify intensity and keep your results going strong.

The nutrition plan requires full dedication as this is where the majority of your results will be derived. This plan specifically focuses on protein consumption on dialling in on the correct amount of calories your body needs day in and day out for total transformation. The real hard work is done in the kitchen.

This program can be completed at the gym of your choice but also comes with access to the Maple Hill Health and Fitness Gym in Powassan, Ontario if you are local to us. Additionally, you will be coached daily on your progress from a nutrition and training standpoint throughout the course of the 12 weeks through the Maple Hill Health and Fitness Training app.
